RETURN GUIDELINES

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA)
  • In the unlikely event of the product being found dead on arrival or with a manufacturing fault or damaged, do not accept the parcel or return the same to the point of collection within 48hrs of receiving it.
  • No return will be accepted for any other reason whatsoever.
  • We shall communicate with you ASAP and your product will be replaced at no extra cost.
  • Should we not be able to replace the same, we would then organise a full refund in USD.
ITEM HAS FAILED WITHIN WARRANTY (SOUTH AFRICA)
  • We will investigate and attempt to fix or replace the product through the product supplier.
RETURNING FOR REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS (SOUTH AFRICA)
  • Credit/refund is available if product is returned in its original condition and unopened.
  • We will charge a 15% handling fee on the original purchase price if opened, unmarked and packaging in original condition. 
  • Any refund is dependent on the evaluation of the condition of the returned product.
RETURNING FOR REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS  (SOUTH AFRICA)
  • Credit/refund is available if product is returned in its original condition and unopened. 
  • Any refund is dependent on the evaluation of the condition of the returned product. If the packaging opened, damaged in any way or marks on the product a refund will be impossible.

Please Note: The return of the goods is at the cost of the customer, including courier charges, if failed after 14 days or incorrect product purchased. The above return time frame is based on when the item is received by RelicTech.

PREPARING YOUR PRODUCT

Please ensure that your returned goods follow the following guidelines:

  • All the parts are included, this includes manuals and all accessories.
  • Include the invoice in the package.
  • The package is covered and secured correctly. We will not take responsibility for items damaged in transit.

If the above is not adhered to, this could mean that your return is cancelled.
