RETURN GUIDELINES

ITEM HAS FAILED WITHIN WARRANTY
  • We will investigate and attempt to fix or replace the product through the product supplier.
RETURNING FOR REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS
  • Credit/refund is available if product is returned in its original condition and unopened.
  • We will charge a 15% handling fee on the original purchase price if opened.

Please Note: The return of the goods is at the cost of the customer, including courier charges. The above return timeframe is based on when the item is received by RelicTech.

Please ensure that your returned goods follow the following guidelines:

  • All the parts are included, this includes manuals and all accessories.
  • The package is covered and secured correctly. We will not take responsibility for items damaged in transit.

If the above is not adhered to, this could mean that your return is cancelled.
